How long does the conveyancing process take?
We aim to complete the conveyancing process as quickly as possible for you, however it will usually around 9 weeks as an average.
We will make sure you are giving the tools and guidance to make the instruction process seamless. Don’t forget to book your initial video call here
Our smaller caseload leads to quicker completions and we can take hold of any delays straight away to minimise their impact. The industry average is currently around 12-16 weeks.
What documents will I need to provide for the sale of my property?
There are a range of documents that we will need in order to make the sale of a property legally binding within the UK.
Property information form: a TA6 form completed by the seller that includes important information about the property (e.g. where meters and stopcocks are)
Fittings and contents form: what is included in the sale of the property, e.g. carpets and curtain rails
Warranty: for new builds or properties under 10 years old
Energy performance certificate: showing the energy efficiency rating of your property
Indemnity insurance: proof of insurance, if this applies
