Phil is the engine room of JM Conveyancing. With a background in engineering, he’s all about precision, systems, and keeping everything running smoothly. From IT and compliance to accounting and client completions, Phil’s quiet efficiency ensures the wheels never stop turning.

With over 30 years of experience in the conveyancing sector, Kay is an integral part of the JM Conveyancing team. Serving as Julie’s PA and “right-hand lady,” Kay oversees transaction management with a level of expertise that only decades of industry experience can provide. Kay is renowned for her ability to navigate even the most intricate and complex property sales and purchases with ease. Her calm demeanor and sharp attention to detail ensure that clients feel supported throughout the process. She is consistently praised for her efficiency and her ability to provide helpful, proactive solutions in high-pressure situations.

Frankie Fuller

Frankie joined the JM Conveyancing family in February 2026, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board.

She arrived with three years of experience under her belt from a high-profile national conveyancing firm, meaning she knows the fast-paced world of property law inside out.

What really sets Frankie apart is her energy. She brings a fresh, enthusiastic perspective, making the process feel a lot more human. For Frankie, client care is her top priority.

Mia is our brilliant Technical Specialist, the quiet powerhouse who keeps everything moving perfectly behind the scenes.

She handles the essential title checks and technical details that often get overlooked, ensuring every transaction stays on track. With a wealth of knowledge across all areas of conveyancing, including the trickier bits like new builds and shared ownership, Mia looks after the technical side of Jules’ caseload.

Her dedicated focus means the complex legal legwork is always in safe hands, moving along nicely while she works her magic.

Samantha Clarke (Sami)

Samantha (Sami) keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, giving Jules the time and space to focus on supporting clients. Her virtual assistance touches every corner of the team’s operations, including diary management, opening files and onboarding, email management and general admin and organisation. Sami is the warm welcome every new client needs and appreciates! As a qualified NALP paralegal specialising in conveyancing, Sami brings legal know how and insight to her role—supporting not just Jules, but other conveyancing teams too. “We don’t know how she does it, but she does!”

Margot

Margot ensures the team takes regular breaks, enjoys walks in the fresh air, and maintains a healthy supply of tail wags and morale boosts. She also monitors all delivery personnel, birds, and squirrels with great enthusiasm.
