Phil is the engine room of JM Conveyancing. With a background in engineering, he’s all about precision, systems, and keeping everything running smoothly. From IT and compliance to accounting and client completions, Phil’s quiet efficiency ensures the wheels never stop turning.

Samantha (Sami) keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, giving Jules the time and space to focus on supporting clients. Her virtual assistance touches every corner of the team’s operations, including diary management, opening files and onboarding, email management and general admin and organisation. Sami is the warm welcome every new client needs and appreciates!
