Julie Mortimer

Julie heads up the team as our Managing Director, but runs a small residential and shared ownership caseload, with over 30 years experience in the business.

She’s worked for a number of high street solicitors, as well as the UK’s number one online conveyancing firm and has an excellent reputation within the industry. She always maintains good relationships with her peers, as well as the mortgage brokers and estate agents that she works with, helping to move through any issues and hold ups quickly.

Julie’s clients come back to her time and time again, knowing they will always get the best service. She has moved thousands and families and loves the role she plays in providing them with a happy, safe home.

We pride ourselves on sticking to manageable caseloads to offer the best possible service to all our clients at all times.

Phil Mortimer

Phil is Julie’s husband, co-Director, and works tirelessly behind the scenes supporting Jules in her role.

He is very much a cornerstone of the team and works away from the spotlight juggling the smooth running of the IT systems, dealing with Compliance and our accounting function. One of his most important roles is setting up for client’s completions which he enjoys immensely and finds very rewarding.

He worked for many years as an Engineer and brings a fresh perspective with his keen attention to detail and knack for precision and efficiency. He runs a very tight ship indeed. We wouldn’t be able to provide the excellent service we do without Phil and his hard work behind the scenes.

Margot

Margot ensures a harmonious balance between work and play by implementing strategies for relaxation, joy, and outdoor adventures.
She promotes team well-being through timely reminders for breaks, snuggles, and active living.


She enforces breaks and identifies moments when the team needs a breather and interrupt with a friendly bark, wag, or nudge.
She also heads up security with vigilance over squirrels, postal workers, and other potential “threats” to the team’s peace of mind.
